The founding family’s sons have taken the helm, embarking on a heartfelt mission to revise, revitalize, and reinvest in the beloved institution you’ve always known.

Part of that revision means thoughtfully evolving our menu to reflect today’s tastes. We’re introducing a wave of health-conscious pub classics—because feeling good shouldn’t mean missing out on great flavor. A cornerstone of this effort is our commitment to cleaner cooking: we’ve eliminated industrially processed seed oils from most of our dishes. Instead, we’re using wholesome fats like olive oil, avocado oil, and butter to craft everything from our updated crispy fries to our savory dressings and sauces.
